At Testrite Powder Coating, we deliver contract powder coating services designed for quality, speed, and flexibility—all from our advanced facility in Hackensack, New Jersey. Serving the greater NYC area, New Jersey, New York, and the Hudson Valley, we specialize in volume custom powder coating for a wide range of industries and applications.
Our facility is equipped with a conveyorized computer controlled powder coating line, built to handle real production volume with fast turnarounds. We use a 3 stage phosphate free chemistry to clean parts without polluting our waterways.
We expertly powder coat aluminum, steel, stainless, and galvanized metals using polyester, epoxy, and hybrid powders. Available finishes include anti-microbial, rust-inhibiting, clear, matte, gloss, and textured coatings, all cured at 400°F in precision-controlled ovens calibrated with DATAPAQs. Custom color matching and a wide selection of RAL colors are available.
Our conveyor line accommodates parts up to 144" Long and up to 150 lbs. We can accomodate 4x8 sheets, as well as powder coating railings. From small prototype runs to full-scale production, we offer rigorous in-process quality testing for cure, adhesion, and finish,.
