Part Sizing

Testrite Powder Coating has the capability of powder coating parts up to 145" Long. We frequently powder coat 12 ft long aluminum extrusions on our line as well as steel tubing. We can powder coat parts up to 150 lbs.

We are able to powder coat 4x8 panels on our conveyor line, so powder coating 48" x 96" wire mesh is no issue.

Our powder coat conveyor line operates a minimum of 5 days a week, and we have the ability to run extra shifts and overtime when needed. 

Whether you need 100 parts powder coated or 100,000, we are happy to support your commercial powder coating projects.

On our line, parts up to 67" Long are hung vertically, while parts up to 145" long are hung horizontally.
